The Lady Indians fell in their first conference matchup of the season against Northeastern, 25-62. The Indians came out ready to go and trailed the Knights by just 3 after the first quarter. A slow start in the second quarter and some sharp shooting by the Knights had the Indians trailing at halftime by an amount they couldn't come back from. The Indians were led by Lulu with 8 points and 10 rebounds Kerns added 7 and Black 6. The Indians are 3-2 and play again tomorrow night for a varsity only contest set to start at 7:00 PM at South Adams. The JV was also defeated by Northeastern, 50-7. Evans had 9 rebounds for the Indians. They will not be back in action until 11/29.
