The Lady Indians defeated conference opponent Centerville, 53 to 42. They were led by Lulu with 29 points, 13 rebounds and 10 steals. Smith added 9 rebounds and 5 assists. Ordonez also dished out 4 assists. Ths Indians had a big second quarter and would remain on top until the final buzzer. The Indians are now 5-4 and will play at home on Saturday for a boy/girl double header. Varsity will play at 6 pm and JV will play at 730. The Junior Varsity fell to Centerville, 35-26, after a hard fought battle. Missing some key players, the Indians played hard and stepped up. Jones led the Indians with 10 points and 4 rebounds, Mote added 9 points. They will play Blue River Valley on Saturday at 730.
