The Lady Indians were defeated by Winchester, 40-45 in a TEC matchup. The Indians had a slower start than normal and would never get those minutes and points back. They bounced back and took the lead late in the game but were not able to maintain it. The final quarter would end up being a battle between the two teams going back and forth but the Indians would fall short. They were lead in by Lulu with 21 points, 14 rebounds and 7 steals. Fischer added 13 points and 3 blocks. The Indians are 6-5 on the season and will play at home on Friday versus Lincoln. The JV was also defeated by WC 27-45. Jones had 9 pts, Mote 8 pts and Evans 7 pts 6 Rebounds. The Indians had some open looks but didn't get the ball to fall as much as they hoped. They continue to improve and will battle Lincoln in a 6PM tip on Friday.
