The Lady Indians were defeated by the Union County Patriots, 50-36. The Indians were down 19-6 before going on a run to bring the Indians within 3. However, some cold shooting by the Indians would prevent them from being able to overcome the deficit late. The Indians were led by Lulu with 16 points, 11 rebounds and 7 steals. Reichard added 7 points, 4 assists and 4 steals. The Indians are now 10-10 and will be back in action next Saturday at Wapahani for a 12:00 PM JV tip. The JV was defeated 37-44. Mote had 22 points, Evans added 5 points and 7 rebounds, Carter had 5 steals. The Indians played extremely hard, never gave up and battled to the last minute but ran out of time to come out on top. The JV only will play on Tuesday at Lincoln at 6:00 PM.
