The Lady Indians fell in a close matchup to the Wapahani Raiders 40-42. The Indians got down early to the Raiders but came back to be behind just 1 at the half. A battle in the second half would keep the Indians close but they were never able to get the lead and come out on top. The Indians were led by Lulu with 18 points and 3 steals. Fischer added 13 points and 8 rebounds for the Indians. The Indians are now 10-11 and will play Mississinawa Valley at home on Tuesday. There will be a free chili supper provided by Wesley Church and this is also RESC Staffulty Appreciation Night. The JV was also defeated by Wapahani. Evans had 5 points and 5 steals for the Indians. Bocanegra added 6 rebounds and Jones had 7. The JV will play their last game of the season on Tuesday versus MV.
