The JH Boys Basketball Team traveled to Ansonia last Thursday. 8th grade score: Ansonia 66, UC 36. Dash Thacker led all scorers with 21 points with an outstanding performance on both ends of the court. Tayson Barbour poured in 13 points along with several rebounds. Jadden Lopez-Forsythe added a couple of points, but led the team with steals and deflections. Keegan Cooper, Jose Jimenez-Ulloa, Jordan Hylton and Landon Crabtree contributed in multiple areas of the game with their rebounding, defense and setting screens for their teammates. The team continues to demonstrate what it means to become a champion with their daily choices to be disciplined and make sacrifices. The next game for the JH Boys Basketball is Monday evening at home vs Lincoln @ 6:00 pm.
