The JH Boys Basketball Team concluded their season on Saturday at the County Tournament. The 8th grade score: UC 24, MC 46. Dash Thacker led the Indians in scoring with 7 followed by Cale Holt with 6. Cale led the team in rebounding while Dash led the team in assists. Tayson Barbour finished with 2 points and contributed in rebounding and defense. Landon Crabtree finished with an exciting 3 point shot, as well as a blocked shot after sprinting to defend a layup. Jadden Lopez-Forsythe finished with 4 points and led the team in steals. Jordan Hylton scored 2 points, but contributed in several areas of the game that does show up in the scorebook. Liam Conley played excellent defense as he has all year. Keegan Cooper played an important role with his rebounding and defense. This season, like any season is a unique journey that is never the same each year. It was a privilege to have been a part of this team.
