Saturday morning while the Indians JH teams were set to compete at the Winchester Invitational Christina Teegarden was getting lined up at the Indiana Middle School State Meet in Terre Haute. After meeting the meet qualifying standard earlier this season Christina had today's date circled so she could go and compete on the big stage. Christiana had an impressive day placing 18th with a time of 13:06 for the 3000m course. With her time today she helped the Indians earn back to back podium finishes. Teegarden has one more meet left in her JH career next Saturday morning where she will battle with her team at the TEC meet. It also looks like Lyla Baldwin could be the next female Indian to run at the MS State as her time today at Winchester would have qualified her to run. The future is bright at Union City!!
