The 7th grade boys basketball team traveled to Winchester Thursday evening. The Falcons won the contest 43-19. The Indians were led in scoring by Adryen Hurtado with 9 points, who also had another huge night with rebounding. Also in the scoring column were Reid Kerns with 8 points and Luis Jimenez-Ulloa with 2 points. Reid scored off of driving to the basket, a great edition to his game. Luis played well with rebounding, and defensive stops. Keelija Cooper, Baylee Brock added important minutes, which included rebounding. Tristan Dohme led the teams with steals and deflections. Luke Jefferis continues to play a key role as a point guard with distributing the ball and setting his teammates up with good scoring opportunities. Drake Payne and Jesse Fung made contributions with hustle plays and working hard. The next game for the Indians is Monday at home versus Monroe Central @ 6:00 pm
