The Lady Indians defeated the Randolph Southern Rebels, 38-31. The Indians held their composure and fought to the very end to stave off any attempt at a Rebel run. Strong free throw shooting late in the game by the Indians sealed the deal. They were lead in scoring by Reichard with 19. Black had a double double adding 11 points and 11 rebounds. Fischer pulled down 9 rebounds. Evans, Ordonez and Black stepped up big defensively for the Indians getting multiple stops and forcing turnovers on the Rebels. The Indians are 8-10 and will play for a county championship on Saturday against the winner of Winchester and Monroe Central. Tip at 6 PM.
