The Lady Indians traveled across the state line to play the Mississinawa Valley Blackhawks but came up short, 50-71. The Blackhawks got off to a 13 to 2 lead but the Indians wouldn't back down. The Indians fought for the next three quarters and the game remained in single digits in the 4th quarter. A final run by the blackhawks sealed the Indians fate in the last few minutes. Union City put up a good fight and was lead by Reichard with 21 points, shooting 11-13 from the Free Throw line. Ordonez added 13 and Evans 8. Fischer had 10 rebounds for the Indians. The Indians are now 8-14 and will play in their final regular season game, at home versus Hagerstown on Friday. It is Senior night. The JV was also defeated by the Hawks. Banda had 6pts and 2 rebounds for the Indians.
